Workshops are scheduled throughout the 12pm-7pm window. Workshop load-ins happen about one hour before each scheduled session. Times will be assigned upon acceptance.

What To Know

Both Dates Required

Please only apply if you are available both dates. Refunds aren't possible if we reschedule for the rain date.
Dry Event

This is a dry event - no alcohol will be permitted in the park.
Application Deadline

Applications close on August 1st. We'll let you know during the first week of August.
Supplies

Tell us in the application what (if anything) you need us to provide. We'll do our best to make it work.
Promo Expectation

You will be expected to help promote your workshop on socials in the run-up to the event.
