About
GPS Fest stands for Grassstains Psychedelic Stoop Fest — a one-day music and arts festival in Philadelphia.
Founded in 2021 by Juls, the festival began as The Philly Stoop with handmade flyers, local bands, and a single block closed to traffic. After meeting through Philadelphia’s creative community nearly five years ago, Juls joined forces with Kyle from Philadelphia Psychedelic, and Nina from Grassstains Festival to create what is now GPS Fest. What was once a single block packed with artists and musicians has evolved into a park-wide experience at Lemon Hill that continues to expand through collaboration and community.
Our Mission
GPS Fest exists to create an inclusive, affordable, community-centered event where local artists and musicians can share their work while attendees experience a full day of creativity, connection, and discovery.
