Vendor Application

Selling at GPS Fest 2026.

The event will be 12pm-7pm (vendor setup will have staggered load in, 9am-11am). Times will be assigned upon approval.

What To Know

Both Dates Required

Please only apply if you are available both dates. Refunds will not be issued if we have to reschedule for the listed rain date.
Dry Event

This is a dry event - no alcohol will be permitted in the park.
Booth Size

All accepted artists will receive 10ft x 10ft of space. You may set up however you'd like - weighted canopy tents are encouraged.
Vendor Fee

$72 due by September 3rd. This fee is non-refundable.
Application Deadline

Applications close on August 1st. We'll let you know during the first week of August if you've been selected.
Sharing a Booth

Upon acceptance we'll collect the vendor fee from the accepted artist. Whether you sublet your booth from there is up to you - we won't accept payments from multiple people. Artists planning on sharing a booth must arrive at the load-in time given to the accepted artist.
Bring Your Own Setup

You must supply your own tables, chairs, tents, and clothing racks. We won't be supplying any materials to aid in your vendor setup.
Promo Expectation

We are nothing without you (and all your friends). Please note that you will be expected to share this event and encourage people to come :-)
