After meeting through Philadelphia&#8217;s creative community nearly five years ago, Juls joined forces with <strong>Kyle<\/strong> from <em>Philadelphia Psychedelic<\/em>, and <strong>Nina<\/strong> from <em>Grassstains Festival<\/em> to create what is now GPS Fest.
